Meet Michelle
I started my career within the real estate world working in the mortgage industry back in 2015. I took a little time off with the birth of my daughter and then transitioned to my current position as a real estate broker in 2017. Now, I’m based out of John L. Scott’s Renton office, where I enjoy helping buyers and sellers in cities including Renton, Auburn, Seattle, Everett, Bellevue, Lynnwood, Redmond, Tacoma, Puyallup and Federal Way.
Before becoming involved in real estate, I worked for more than 15 years in the retail / customer service industry, working my way up the ladder while balancing my education at the same time. After graduating from the University of Washington with a business degree, I obtained my next big promotion in retail to Store Manager. That step launched my career and helped me achieve higher positions including District Merchant and VP Store Manager. My passion in life has always revolved around helping people achieve their goals personally and professionally, and I love doing that every day as a broker.
I value every client interaction and take it as an honor to be a part of the memorable milestone of buying or selling a home. Customer service is not just what I do – it’s a part of who I am. Since every client’s needs are different, I take the time to listen and find out their true needs so together we can create a road map that’s unique to them. I tailor everything involved in client experience, from speed of service, to the best mode of communication, and even how much education I impart throughout the process. My goal is for each client to feel supported, educated and happy throughout the entire process. There are multiple variables to consider during a real estate transaction, which is why it’s so important to me to ensure my clients’ real estate journey is as stress-free as possible. That way, they can focus on what matters most: their next chapter in life.
I focus on long-lasting relationships rather than transactions because I would want someone to do the same for me if I were in their shoes. I’m a full-service real estate agent and a trusted advisor with transactional excellence at the heart of every home I sell. Also, my previous experience in mortgages means I’m equipped to answer your questions and strategize a unique game plan to win you your dream home or sell your home for top dollar. My clients know I have their best interests at heart and that’s why I get invited to their baby showers, children’s birthday parties, housewarming parties and other celebratory events long after they close on their house!

Seattle
Seattle is a fantastic city for a lot of reasons, but one of the best things about it is the natural beauty that surrounds us. Nothing beats a crystal clear day when you can see the Olympic Mountains and Mount Rainier. But even on rainy days which, yes, we do have a few of here, the views of Puget Sound and Lake Washington are breathtaking. Seattle has a rainy reputation, but our best kept secret is how spectacular our summers are. While a lot of the country is sweltering with heat and humidity, we're basking in the perfect warm days and our long summer days allow us to enjoy water sports, hiking and cycling and tending to our gardens. In the winter, skiing and snowboarding are only an hour away. People recognize Seattle by the Space Needle and Pike Place Market, but we also have a thriving arts and cultural scene, great art museums, symphony, opera, and ballet.
